In addition to our standard range of straps we have facilities to manufacture webbing straps to customer's particular requirements.

For example, we have recently made extra long load straps for lorries carrying hay bales and shoulder straps for bar code readers in to the retail industry.

We can work with our customers to develop a solution to their needs with planning, designing, pre-production sampling and testing.  Alternatively customers can send in a sample for us to match.

We can supply straps in a wide number of colours and materials.

No job to big, no job to small. Call today to discuss your requirements.

Where applicable all lashings and straps are fully compliant with EN12195-2:2001, the European load restraint standard.

How to use webbing straps safely.

· Only use webbing straps manufactured to BS EN 12195-2:2002

· Only use webbing straps which are clearly marked with a rated assembly strength and minimum break load.

· Regularly check the webbing for cuts and frays.

· Never use an additional device to tighten the ratchet handle.

· Always protect straps from sharp edges on loads - use a protective sleeve.

· Keep away from Alkalis and strong Acids.

· Do not knot the webbing and avoid twists when loading

· Ensure the ratchet handle spindle has made two complete turns after the webbing has been passed through it.
