We wanted to share with you our efforts in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and reassure you that we are here to support you and your business.
The situation in relation to COVID-19 is continuing to develop and we appreciate that this may be placing challenges on the day-to-day operation of ours and your businesses, as well as on yourself and your family.

UPDATE September 2020. We are now GUARANTEEING same day dispatch for our Next Day Service orders placed before 1.30pm. However, all couriers are continuing to struggle with the extra workload and we are finding that their Next Day success rate is currently at about 90%. Unfortunately this is beyond our control in the current climate.
UPDATE 2nd November. Further to the 2nd lock down from this Thursday 5th November, we will remain fully operational during the 2nd lock-down period. We are staying open as we supply many essential business and we are on-line only.
However, couriers are continuing to struggle with the extra demand this year to the point that we have now been advised that next day deliveries are no longer guaranteed. As we can no longer claim for late deliveries we can no longer (for the short term) refund the difference between a next day and economy delivery when a next day delivery is late.
