We remain open for business.

We wanted to share with you our efforts in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and reassure you that we are here to support you and your business.

The situation in relation to COVID-19 is continuing to develop and we appreciate that this may be placing challenges on the day-to-day operation of ours and your businesses, as well as on yourself and your family.

We are taking all precautions necessary and will be following Government guidelines.

We have implemented social distancing included:

  • All visits to our company excluding couriers have been banned.
  • Couriers have been given a separate collection/delivery area away from our staff
  • All staff are now taking all necessary steps for social distancing whilst at work and also in their private lives, where possible staff are now working from home.
  • We have also improved our hand washing and hygiene regimes in the work place and gloves are worn while handling goods and packing parcels.

We will continue to trade during this period with the back up of most of our suppliers because we supply some key services, but if you want to check we are operational or to check stock please feel free to contact us on our contact us page or call us on 01460 220906.

UPDATE September 2020. We are now GUARANTEEING same day dispatch for our Next Day Service orders placed before 1.30pm. However, all couriers are continuing to struggle with the extra workload and we are finding that their Next Day success rate is currently at about 90%. Unfortunately this is beyond our control in the current climate.
