Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Express Carriage : Express Delivery is available in mainland England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands. Please use the drop down menu under Shipping Options and select Express Delivery. The following timing cut-offs apply to Express Delivery orders :
1-5 Day Mainland Delivery : Orders placed before 12pm should arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of the order. Orders placed after 12pm should arrive within 1-5 working days from the day after the order.
Non-standard areas : Please allow 7 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically this is much quicker.
International/Channel Island Deliveries : Unfortunately we do not ship to the Channel Islands or abroad.
Northern Ireland : From 2021, unfortunately we will no longer be able to deliver to Northern Ireland
COVID-19 : Whilst we guarantee same day dispatch for our Express Service orders placed before 1.30pm, all couriers are continuing to struggle with the extra workload and we are finding that their Next Day success rate is currently at about 90%. Unfortunately this is beyond our control in the current climate.
LATE ORDERS :
If you have not received an order within the time estimated in your order acknowledgement email, please contact us ASAP. Couriers will investigate lost orders for a maximum of 14 days after expected delivery date.
DAMAGED, SHORT AND INCORRECT ORDERS :
Please check your order upon delivery. Damaged deliveries must be reported immediately. Short/incorrect orders must be reported within 7 working days.
Goods Returned :
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you have a right of cancellation. If so, these are the terms that apply:
1 You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days from your receipt of the Goods. Please call us on 01460 220906 or use the contact us page for details of our returns procedure and address.
2 In any event, you may not cancel/return orders for specially commissioned or cut lengths of goods. We are also unable to accept returns of certified goods as we are not be able to verify how the goods have been stored or if they have been used.
3 The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel, and must be:
3.1 with both goods and all packaging in their original condition.
3.2 securely wrapped.
3.3 with the delivery slip included.
3.4 at your risk and cost.
4 After the Goods have been received, your credit/debit card/Paypal will be credited with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
5 If you do not return the Goods, you are still liable to the Supplier for the cost.
6 The Supplier is under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if this is done, all costs will be payable by you the consumer.
