Why we keep your information on file

We keep your information on file in order to carry our legitimate business activities. We also keep data on file to ensure we meet legal practices under HMRC.  We also keep your information on file to ensure all H.S.E and product legal requirements are met.

Sage Pay has the highest level of card data security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant) so you can make card payments with peace of mind you are protected against fraud.

PayPal payment gateway

Email provider

We do NOT send out any marketing emails. If you receive a marketing email from our company it is not from us and should not be trusted. Please treat it as a bogus email.

Further to this we have now removed our “opt in” to marketing email tick box.

The only emails you will receive from Absolute Industrial are in order for us to carry out the completion of your order. We will only send you emails about and for the purpose of the following:

  •  Your order confirmation
  •  Email advising your order has been shipped
  •  To send you Test certification for products where necessary under current lifting regulations
  •  Vat invoices
  •  Directly from sales if there is an issue regarding your order
  •  A quotation if this has been requested by you the customer
  •  In reply to a question from you the customer

By ticking and accepting our Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy you are agreeing to receive emails for the above purpose only.

Again, if you receive any other emails from our company please delete as these may be bogus.

We may change our privacy policy from time to time. We will always update our policy on our website, so please take the time to read it whenever  you visit our website.

Your right to have your data removed

You have the right at any point to ask about the information we keep on you. Any access request is free of charge but if you require the information we hold to be deleted (your right to be forgotten) this may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs.
